My goal is to hold and facilitate a safe space for you to heal. Many times in healing work it is about guiding the client to tap into their own gifts and healing abilities. Through mindful movement, active breath techniques, and sound healing, I hope to hold a safe container for you to experience all of the abundance and love present in your life.

Available no matter where you are…

All your appointments will either take place in-person or via web-based platform. Energy flows regardless of whether we are face-to-face, or on video chat, so rest assured you will get the same healing effects whether we’re able to meet in person or over the web.

About Jazmin

A little about the woman behind the offerings…

I’ve worked in state-level politics for over ten years and currently work to advocate for stronger social safety net programs. Our systems of support for people are lacking in so many ways, and I know firsthand that focusing on holistic approaches are the only way to truly care for the whole person.

Dancing and movement have always been outlets for me, but not in any structured way - I just love to groove to music and express myself through that movement. For years, I “did yoga”, but it wasn’t until I really started to understand the philosophy behind yoga that I truly fell in love with it as a wholistic form of wellness. I was first exposed to breathwork after diving into various wellness practices while looking for alternatives to pharmaceutical medicines to relieve my own anxiety and depression. In my own moments of darkness, taking time for functional movement, self reflection, and focusing on my breath have greatly improved my mental health.

My calling to this work comes from a desire to hold a safe space for others healing, and especially our healing as a whole.
